Below you'll find terms and conditions for sos-lifestyle.com, operated and owned by

We recommend that you read through the terms and conditions before shopping on the webshop sos-lifestyle.com.

  • order, change & cancellation

    How to order items on endurance-sportswear.com

    In order to complete a correct order on endurance-sportswear.com, you must complete the following four (4) steps.

    1) Find the item you want, select the size and add it to your shopping cart. Continue in this way until you have selected all the items you need and then proceed to the shopping cart.

    2) In the shopping cart, you can browse your selected items and use a discount code (if you have one). In this step, you also have the option to edit the contents of your basket. You can remove items and/or change quantities. 

    Once you have checked that the contents of your cart are correct, proceed to checkout.

    Regarding discount codes, please note that these cannot be combined: you can only use on discount code per purchase. When you add a discount code, you can immediately see that your total amount is reduced. Read more about discount codes under the section: "Prices".

    3) At checkout, you will be asked to enter your personal information (name, address, etc.) to ensure that your package arrives correctly. Next, please select your preferred delivery method and payment method, and finally accept these terms and conditions by ticking the box: "I have read and accept the terms and conditions."

    At checkout, you also have the option to choose an alternative delivery address than the invoice address (e.g., for gift purchases, etc.) and you also have the option to subscribe to receive our inspiring newsletter. 

    All information provided is stored securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law.

    4) After checkout, you will be taken to the payment window, where you will be asked to enter credit card information for purchases by payment card or other information depending on the payment method you have chosen. 

    After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided, confirming receipt of your order. Immediately after the package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your package's unique track-and-trace number and a receipt for your purchase. 

    Please note that you are responsible for the information you provide when placing an order. We do not validate or verify the information you provide when you place an order.

    Order changes & cancellations

    Unfortunately, as all orders are processed shortly after order placement, it is not possible to cancel or change placed orders. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please refuse receipt or collection or simply return the package using the enclosed prepaid return label.

    Delivery to Denmark

    We offer delivery with GLS to private addresses, parcel shops and businesses, so you can choose the option that suits you best. What all delivery methods have in common is that the delivery time is fast and the price is low. If you spend more than €90 you get free shipping to your nearest parcel shop and the majority of customers on sos-lifestyle.com actually get FREE SHIPPING.

    All prices on endurance-sportswear.com are current prices and stated in DKK including VAT and other duties.

    Calculating discounts

    In cases where you are given the option to use a discount code, your discount will be weighted across all product lines.

    For example, if you have a €25 discount code, the discount will be distributed across all lines in your shopping cart, with the highest percentage discount on the highest value items. A blouse for €130 will get a larger share of the total discount of DKK €25 compared to a blouse for €75 and so on.

    If you have a discount code with a percentage discount (e.g., 10%), you get 10% off the total amount in your shopping cart. 

    Please note that some discount codes do not apply to already discounted items, so in these cases you will not see a discount deducted on those particular product lines.

    Delivery prices

    The price you pay for delivery depends on the delivery method you choose and the total value of the items in your order. This means that you can get FREE SHIPPING on delivery to a parcel shop, as long as the total value of the items in your shopping cart is at least €90.

  • PAYMENT & SECURITY

    When you shop at sos-lifestyle.com, your payment is made in a secure environment. No one (besides you) can read your credit card details or other sensitive payment information, as all this data is encrypted.

    You can verify that this is a secure place to shop in one of the following two ways.

    1) A padlock is pictured in the address bar at the top of your browser, indicating that the connection is secure and that all your information is private.

    2) We use encrypted HTTPS protocol, which is also indicated in the address bar. This type of encryption is the same type of encryption that you find on your online banking, on the Danish Tax Agency's website, etc.

    At endurance-sportswear.com, you can pay with all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and debit cards), MobilePay, Google, ApplePay and GooglePay. When you use MobilePay, you must use the MobilePay app on your mobile phone, you must have a payment card linked to your online shopping and you must approve the payment in the app within 5 minutes.

    When paying by credit card, ApplePay or MobilePay, which is also completely free of charge, we do not withdraw the money until your order has been processed and we can never withdraw a larger amount than you have authorised regarding the payment. 

  • Returns

    RETURNS

    If you have bought something that doesn't quite fit or is not to your taste, you are of course very welcome to return the item(s) in question. You have a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your package or from the day your package arrives at the designated parcel shop, which applies to packages to Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

    You are welcome to use all different shipping methods. This is at your own risk and expense.

    To facilitate the processing time and so increase the speed of your refund, it is very important that you fill out and attach the enclosed return form with reason codes for your return(s).

    Returns are at your own risk and you, as the sender, are responsible for ensuring that the contents of the return package are securely packaged.

    Remember, your return package must be handed in to the correct carrier - GLS packages at GLS parcel shops, Bring packages at Bring parcel shops, etc., as the carriers do not distribute each other's packages. Furthermore, return packages must NEVER be sent for redelivery or COD.

    How to exchange items ordered on SOS-lifestyle.com

    If you would like an exchange for a different size or colour, please place a new order at sos-lifestyle.com and then return the unwanted item(s) to us. This way, you will receive the correct item(s) as soon as possible and the price of the returned items will be credited within ten (10) business days after the arrival of the returned items at our warehouse.

    Refunds

    All refunds will be made within ten (10) business days of arrival at our warehouse, after which the money should be in your account. However, if you paid with MasterCard, it can take up to thirty (30) days before the money is in your account.

    Refunds for orders paid by invoice are automatically processed through the invoice provider and you only pay for the items you keep.

    Decrease in value

    You must return goods in a good, undamaged and unused condition to expect a refund of the purchase price of the items. If items are not returned in substantially the same condition as on delivery (including original tags), we reserve the right to refund you a lesser amount than the original purchase price, which will usually be DKK 0, as we cannot resell used goods.

    You are of course welcome to try on the item to check the size, fit, etc., without affecting the value of the item.

    Of course, the above does not apply to approved complaints about items that have been used.

    COMPLAINTS

    All products purchased on sos-lifestyle.com are, of course, covered by a twenty-four (24) month warranty, as long as the complaint is justified and not caused by improper use of the product or other damaging behaviour. A complaint must always be made within a "reasonable time" after the defect or damage is discovered, which is usually within two (2) months after the defect or damage is discovered.

    Approved complaints will, where possible, be exchanged: otherwise, a refund of the purchase price will be made. Refunds are either credited to your invoice if this was the payment method you used, or to the payment card you used to complete the order.

    How to create a complaint

    When you wish to make a complaint about an item, please fill out the return note that came with your order with the correct reason code for the complaint and then send the item back to us using the enclosed return label. If you have misplaced your return note or return label, or if you have questions regarding complaints, please contact our customer service on tel. +45 35 11 45 55 or email web@sports-group.dk.
